"I don't take this lightly. I was a customer of this practice before Lester Quiroa purchased the book of business from Jerry Greenberg. I decided to move my insurance service closer to home, as my new residence was 25 miles away and somehow this became an argument with Lester. Never in all the 20+ years that I had worked with Jerry Greenberg did I have someone call and argue with me about any part of how my insurance was managed. I was incredulous when he told me that the new agent didn't know who I was and rejected my request and it would be better to stay because of services he offered.
